I’m asking here because Google is all over the place and I’d rather hear from people who actually went through it. Have any of you shipped things from Morocco to Canada before?
Whether it was clothes, gifts, products, samples, food, or anything else. I’m curious how it actually went, who you used, how long it took, and whether the package arrived smoothly or came with problems.
I keep hearing mixed stories. Some people say Amana is okay, others say it’s to avoid at all costs. DHL and FedEx seem fast and reliable but insanely expensive. And Canadian/Moroccan customs… I’ve heard they can randomly hold packages, add fees, or ask for extra paperwork for no obvious reason.
If you’ve done this before, what surprised you the most? Was customs a nightmare or totally fine? Did you get hit with unexpected costs? What carrier or agency do you recommend?
Even if it was just sending something to family once, I’d really like to know how it turned out. The good, the bad, the frustrating parts. Any advice or lessons learned would honestly help a lot.
