Why is the Moroccan people, and African people in general, always portrayed as less valuable than European people, or indeed, the world as a whole?

Why have they instilled in us a sense of inferiority, the idea that we should serve and idolize any foreigner, while we treat each other with contempt?

Is this backwardness in itself? Or is it something we inherited from our ancestors?
