Yeah ….I’m pretty much convinced that coop bank is a shitty bank maaan…,okay I have been using the yea app for most things I didn’t bother to get an ATM card.It has been a long time since I opened the app so I kinda forgot about the password…I have tried using the “forgot password thing “alafu inasema ati the service iko Kwa maintenance..okay then let me try the official website ,,same thing..I have tried many times the acc got locked…okay let me use *667#…wameleta some recovery questions….I know them very well lakini inasema ATI I answered the questions wrongly 😂aje sasa na I know my home town , my dream car ofc koenigsegg na pia my first school I attended but it seems they know better than me ….well I decided let me call customer support…hii stuff inanieka on hold hadi inajikata…yaani im so frustrated rn with this bank’s service ata kama ni Sunday manzee aiii hata hakuna customer support inafanya ..please help
