This year I might go to China for my honeymoon. But before I go there I would like to learn (much) more about the Chinese history.

Can you recommend me a book about the Chinese history (from a Chinese viewpoint) that’s a nice read?

I’m Dutch but fluent in English, so any book that’s translated in English is welcome! Would like to learn about the different dynasties, the big points in history and the culture.
