This project is going to be the second largest mega project behind the grand Renaissance Dam; it’s going to have a new national Palace and the Prime Minister’s residence. It will be plotted on 500 ha of land. Apparently it will have other facilities as well as housing for foreign delegates. Current cost will be 500 billion birr or US$3 billion.
